Please understand that, this is the best way for me to continue to provide high quality work while my business runs smoothly. Please be courteous to give me the time to fill openings as they may happen. I have a lot of people who want in and I strive to the public the opportunity to claim openings. ✅ if booking NAIL ART, please send me a message with you idea PRIOR booking your appointment so that I can make sure it is something I can do and also adjust your appointment length. ✅ 💎CONFIRMATION 💎 ✅A confirmation will be sent as soon as you book an appointment and again 72 hour before your appointment time.Please confirm your appointment. I may reach out to unconfirmed appointment as you are holding a spot another client maybe wanting to book. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled. 🌹 LATE POLICY/CANCELLATIONS 🌹 ❌I understand things happen so there will be a 15 minutes grace period. * if you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and considered a NO SHOW and the full services must be paid, prior to rescheduling. * if your appointment is canceled or reschedule within 48-24 hours, 100% of the total service will be charged. * if rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours 100% of the total service will be charge.** ❌THERE IS NO LOOPHOLE IN THIS POLICY IF YOU TEXT ME THE DAY BEFORE THAT IS SHORT NOTICE and falls into the 24 hour category not the 48-24 hour time window.❌ 🌹NO CALL/ NO SHOW🌹 ❌You will be charge the full amount of your service if you are no call/ no show appointment to the card on file.
